At your pace.
Welcome to Mysia Wellness, a calm, caring service, for people who want to feel better, understand themselves more deeply, and move forward with confidence.
I offer trauma-informed therapy and life-skills coaching for adults, young people and families, with specialist support for neurodivergent individuals (including autism, ADHD and anxiety). Sessions are gentle, practical and tailored - so you feel heard, not rushed.
Hi, I’m Caroline.
I’m the founder of Mysia Wellness.
For years, I’ve supported young people, families, and adults through change, whether that involves navigating trauma, building life skills, or finding steadier emotional ground.
My approach is gentle and person-centred. I integrate therapeutic skills, psychological understanding and real-world strategies to support people in creating meaningful, lasting change. While I am not a counsellor, my work as a wellness therapist combines evidence-informed approaches, real-life experiences, and trauma-informed practice, creating a deep understanding and a judgement-free space.
I’m passionate about having an inclusive practice and neurodiversity-affirming support. People often say they feel safer, clearer and more capable after our sessions. That’s the goal: not quick fixes, but steady progress and tools you can actually use.
